Près du métro George V, sur les Champs Elysées,  s'est ouvert depuis  peu (2 ans) un restaurant moderne à l'ambiance sympa, qui fait aussi  Bar Lounge le soir : MOOD

A midi, il y a un menu à 20 euros (entrée/plat ou plat/dessert), boisson non incluses. Ce n'est pas si cher pour un restaurant si bien placé, et personnellement j'ai trouvé bonne la qualité.

For lunch, there is a menu at 20 euros (entry/main course or main course/desert), beverage not included. It's not so expensive for this place, and personally, I found the food very good.
